Without a strategy, you have no direction, and your platforms are totally confused! Our strategy looks at info such as your business goals, target audiences, current social media audit, competitor analysis, and keyword research to make educated decisions and plans for your content.
What is the difference between Content Creation and Social Media Management
Content Creation: Put simply, this is the process of capturing and gathering photos/videos and piecing them together in a scroll-stopping way.
Social Media Management: This is the process of analyzing your insights and planning/executing the posting of content accordingly (using content either created by them or a separate content creator). They will also plan all of the captions, hooks, and inbound/outbound engagement.
Do you offer Freelance Services
Yes! For those who aren’t quite ready to make the leap and hire us for regular marketing services, we do offer “one-off” and subscription based services that might be the perfect fit! Learn More
Do you do more then just Social Media?
Yes! Although my specialty is in social media, I do offer other services like email marketing, digital and physical product design (like business cards and flyers), analytics-based consulting, and SEO help (through blogs, keyword research, and integrations).
Do you have any less expensive offers?
Yes! In addition to budget-friendly options like “one-off” requests and the Starter Subscription, I have also created several guides, tools, and helpful posts to help get you on the right track! All of these can be found in my Learn Center
*Quick note: Totally understand not being able to afford high-level partnership with a marketing firm – as you are just starting off – but PLEASE don’t forget that your time is HIGHLY VALUABLE as the owner of your business. As you start to grow, I highly recommend you maximize your time by offloading tedious things like marketing to a professional – who should hopefully be paying for themselves anyway.
How "hands-off" can I be when I opt-in to one of your retainer packages?
Short answer… It depends on which package (or offer) you choose. At this time, my micro-agency only takes on a select handful of “premium” clients so that we ensure we are always giving our best. Rule of thumb: the cheaper the package, the more hands-on you will have to be in your marketing.
Do you come and take the pictures/videos for my social media?
For my local clients (currently Pullman Wa and the surrounding area) I offer this as a package add-on. I also occasionally have openings to come and batch content for you throughout the month.
For my non-local clients, I can help source a freelance photographer/videographer for you OR provide coaching on how to do this yourself.
